As you all may - or may not - know, The Chill is a Southern hip-hop musician but is an avid fan of both Screwed music and West Coast hip-hop. He and many other music-heads believe that West Coast music sounds tight as hell when slowed down. So, he put together this slowed and chopped mix of some of his favorite West Coast music.
